Where Families Come to Stay, Play & Reconnect

A 100-acre property nestled in Saint Anthony — backed by the Tetons and surrounded by open country that makes you put your phone down.

Our Story

Two Decades of Family Memories

We opened our doors in 2003 and quickly became a favorite reunion destination for hundreds of families across the country. Our focus has always been the same: create a playful, relaxing environment where people of all ages are happy to stay, play, and enjoy each other’s company.

In 2019, we expanded to host weddings, corporate events, and celebrations of every kind. No matter what brings you together — a reunion, a wedding, a winter snowmobile trip, or a team retreat — Three Peaks is built to make it memorable.

What Makes Us Different

Well… Our Secret Passageways, for Starters

Indoor slides, a bouldering wall, a pool table, and a pickleball court are just a few things that make the lodge hard to leave. Kids disappear into playrooms connected by secret tunnels while adults gather in one of three living rooms or out on the acreage.

  • Fully exclusive — your group only, never shared
  • 9,000 sq ft lodge on 100 private acres
  • 11 themed bedrooms sleeping up to 40
  • Commercial kitchen — not a vacation-rental kitchenette
  • Activities built in — not an add-on upsell
